1 - SIGN UP

• This is to reserve your spot(s) now. Each event will have 120 players maximum.

• When SOLD OUT, you can still register to be added to the WAITING LIST. Those on a Tour Event WAITING LIST will be added if we have openings.

• When added we will contact you. If later on you want to ADD Tour Events, please fill out this Registration Form again.

2 - BILLING

• You will receive a FULL BILLING email for all of your Tour Events in March 2026.

• If you prefer to get BILLING WEEKLY or MONTHLY? No problem, just put that in SPECIAL NOTES below.

• Please pay ten days in advance of your Tour Event(s) to ensure your spot in the field.

3 - TEE TIMES and CHANGES

• You will receive Tee Times three to five days before each Tour Event (via email or check our website).

• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your tee time.

• If you would like to CHANGE your tee time please email frank@wmgolf.org three days prior. If we can accommodate there is a $15 fee which goes directly to the Scholarship Fund.

• If you need to be REMOVED from an event, please email frank@wmgolf.org seven days in advance for a FULL REFUND.

Wait! What is a 9 x NOON Tour Event?   Three NEW Tour Events listed below where ALL DIVISIONS tee off before 9:00a. Play 9 holes. Done by 12:00 NOON. Short. Sweet. Fun.
