FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When should you show up at the golf course? Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your tee time to check in at Registration.
What if there is bad weather, how will I be updated? Any delays or cancellations will be on a banner on our website. Plan on playing!
When will Tee Times be posted? Tee times will be posted three days prior to the event on our TEE TIMES PAGE.
When will results be posted? Results will be posted as soon as possible following the event on our RESULTS PAGE.
Are there awards? Always. Awards will be given to 1st and 2nd place for each division.
What scores do players typically score in each division? Please check our RESULTS PAGES to view past scores for each division.
Will there be On-course Assistants? Yes, and they are the best. These officials will be riding/walking around the course and available when rulings are needed. Our On-course Assistants will be supporting, observing, encouraging, and watching the conduct of all players. Would you like to be an On-course Assistant and/or volunteer? That is fantastic! Can a player withdraw from an event? Yes. Please email frank@wmgolf.org at least five days before the Tour Event. Will there be a refund after withdrawing? Yes, and in full, as long as it is seven days before the Tour Event.
TIMEFRAME When you email us, we will respond within 36 hours. Count on it. Time us!
What does 9 x NOON mean? ALL Divisions tee off before 9:00a. Play 9 holes. Done by 12:00 NOON. Short. Sweet. Go enjoy the day!
** HIGH SCHOOLERS ** Be an On-course Assistant for VOLUNTEER HOURS. Sign up to get volunteer hours for high school. You can do this on your own or with a friend at any 9 x NOON Tour Event. It’s a three hour commitment at each Tour Event. Golf experience and rules matter. Please see Frank at one of the Tour Events or email him directly. frank@wmgolf.org
